Aloha y Buenos Dias! I am originally from Southern California; raised on a ranch when I wasn't going to school in the city and truly believe I got the best of both worlds. After high school, my father convinced me to pursue a career in construction operating backhoes. Eventually we formed a family business (operated equipment rental and trucking) and did rather well. One of our biggest accounts came to Vegas to construct MGM Grand's parking garage and hotel central core, and asked if I would come out with one of our backhoes for about six months. It was closer to eight and would have profound effect on my life.
I would never hace imagined the impact it made on my life. Three words come to mind - Quality of Life. That was back in the Nineties; it took me about three months to get things in order, moved here amd I've never looked back. This town has been good to me; wanting to give something back I became a Big Brother for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southern Nevada and was awarded "Program Volunteer of the Year" for three years in a row. I have helped to build some of the world's biggest or tallest hotel/casinosfrom the start all the way to opening day. When the Discovery Channel did a feature on the construction on the Venetian Hotel and Casino I even had my fifteen minutes of fame. Needing a change, I became the COO for a palm tree ranch and distribution company with an office here and headquartered near Palm Springs. I really enjoyed the palm tree business; it was promoting a lifestyle (white sandy beaches, off shore racing boats,Baja California, extended weekend road trips to Utah, Claifornia, Arizona and throughout Nevada and it was always 5 o'clock somewhere). It was fun while it lasted because of the tender age of 43 I married a wonderful woman with two wonderful daughters; too much traveling for my new family and me to handle. I thought about becoming a real estate appaiser, so I arranged to discuss this with a very well known Agent friend of mine and his wife. After a few hours they convinced me that I had finally found my niche in real estate; not as an appaiser, but as an Agent.
This is where I tell you about me, the full service Agent. I got my real estate license in June 2002 and property management license in early 2004. My designation include "Accredited Buyers Representative" and "Risk Reduction Graduate". I am a REALTOR and a multi-million dollar producer. You will find me to be a no pressure, easy going but aggressive enough to produce results kind of guy that specializes in the Henderson area.
