I have been in real estate sales for the past 28 years on a full time basis. Originally I have worked in Canada in the areas of Thunder Bay, Ontario and Toronto, then in Milwaukee, WI, and moving to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1995. I have always been very dedicated to the real estate business and have won awards continuously through the years. I am a Broker/Saleperson with Century 21 JR Realty and have received the Picture of Success and the Centurion Awards repeatedly. I enjoy being a realtor tremendously. I love to meet new people and assist them to find that special home. It is extremely satisfying for me to see buyers or sellers excited and pleased with what I have done to make them comfortable and happy when they have bought or sold a home. I am always there to help in any way I can! I always believe that my honesty, professionalism, knowledge, listening and working "with" the buyer or seller very closely is extremely important. I carry my cell phone with me at all times so I can be reached immediately to answer any questions or concerns that someone may have, or if a buyer wiches to see a home immediately, I cab be available as soon as possible. I will always go that extra mile to make a sale or purchase happen, so a buyer or seller is not disappointed or discourage. With my past record, I feel very confident, that I can make a buyer or seller feel very comfortable and I can make any move a very smooth and pleasant one. I feel negotiating skills are something that can only be gained by experience and no offer, let it be on a purchase or a sale, will go through my fingers without all my efforts and avenues being exhausted. The repeated business and referral from past clients that I experience, always makes me feel appreciated and are so very welcome. It make me feel that I have done my job well and nothing can be more rewarding. I always give my sellers or buyers my utmost attention and always feel that I am "WORKING WITH YOU"
